The suite has a queen size bed with soft 400 thread count sheets and Pottery Barn duvet covers. The suite also features 2 large comfortable lounge chairs and electric wall mounted fireplace to keep you toasty warm in winter. It also has a computer station with a flat screen TV and full cable TV service. This suite is most suitable for 1 or 2 persons.

CHECKOUT CLEANING FEES $295.
SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT
50% of monthly rent due at time of confirmation.
++ Refunded after satisfactory inspection within 7 days of check out.
Damaged, lost or missing items will be deducted from deposit. Excessive and deep cleaning costs will be charged and deducted from deposit.
Should the deposit not be sufficient to cover additional costs, tenant will be notified to cover costs.

31+ days before arrival – full refund except $50 admin fee.
Less than 31 days – no refund
